Arriving in the UK
When Should I Arrive?
Students should aim to arrive a few days before enrolment in order to familiarise themselves with the College and local surroundings and rest before College begins.
If you have not arranged permanent accomodation with our Accomodation Office you will need to arrive at least two weeks before enrolment.
In the Airport
Once you have accepted a place at San Michael College, you will be sent a Pre-Arrival Pack. The pack will provide you with all the information you need to prepare for coming to the UK. It covers key topics such as living costs, immigration requirements, health issues and money matters. You can also contact the San Michael College Admissions Office if you have further questions.
For information on luggage allowances, Immigration Control and Customs Control, you can also download our comprehensive Pre-Arrival Pack.
Airport Collection
At San Michael College we can arrange for you to be met at the airport by a College approved taxi company, which will take you to your accommodation or to the College. To arrange this service please email the Accommodation Office or download the Airport Collection Form.
